Sales Development Representatives

Metro Manila, National Capital Region Philippines

A leading provider in the manufacturing sector, is expanding its sales team and seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join us. We have openings for one full-time and two part-time positions. As an SDR, you will be pivotal in generating new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients, discussing a range of products from stencils to de-paneling systems. This role is ideal for energetic, persistent individuals who are skilled in communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in daily communication primarily via phone to generate new sales opportunities in products including stencils, paste, wire, bar, flux, tooling, DI water tanks, dross recovery, and de-paneling.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and persistence, effectively handling rejections.
  • Deliver qualified sales opportunities to the sales team, particularly outside sales personnel.
  • Conduct cross-sell and up-sell communications with existing clients through telephone and email.
  • Regularly input data into Badger to track new opportunities and measure activity levels.
  • Organize and schedule sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales-related activities.
  • Communicate clearly the features, benefits, pricing, credit terms, and other necessary details of our products/services.
  • Manage new customer information and update existing accounts in the corporate CRM database.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets, including making 25 phone calls per day, generating 6-10 new opportunities per month, and keeping the Badger(CRM) pipeline filled.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in sales, particularly in a similar industry or B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in using VoIP systems and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to follow processes meticulously.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and team collaborations.
