Technical Support – Traffic Coordinator

Metro Manila, National Capital Region Philippines

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to serve as a Traffic Coordinator for a VoIP services company, coordinating customer communication and technical support. This role involves acting as a liaison between the technical team and customers, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of issues. The ideal candidate has experience in basic technical support, strong communication skills, and familiarity with East Coast of the USA.

Work schedule

- Full-time: 40 hours per week

- East Coast working hours

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary contact for customers via email, phone, and text messages

- Coordinate communication between the technical team and customers, providing updates on project progress

- Handle 50% technical calls and VoIP support, with basic understanding of technical terms

- Ensure timely resolution and update of customer tickets in the ticketing system

- Maintain conversational communication style appropriate for East Coast customers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred

- Basic technical knowledge of VoIP systems and terminology

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for technical troubleshooting

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Experience with VoIP or similar technical support roles preferred

- American-sounding English with minimal accent interference

- Ability to adapt to fast-paced customer interactions and learn local pronunciations
