Digital Marketing Manager / Design Specialist
We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Design Specialist to support the design and production of high-quality visual and written materials, brand amplification, and content strategy.
This role will refine the firm’s visual identity and voice across investor materials, client presentations, marketing assets, social media, our website, and thought leadership content. The ideal candidate is fluent in modern design principles, content strategy, and brand storytelling. This role will support our work to build visibility with investors, start-ups
Work schedule
- Full-time 40 hours/week
- Flexible hours with availability to overlap across Singapore, Sydney, and U.S. time zones
Responsibilities
Design & Content Creation
- Design compelling pitch decks, investor presentations, reports, and client materials that reflect the quality of our advisory services
- Create and maintain templates, design systems, and brand guidelines across internal and external touchpoints
- Produce infographics, diagrams, and visual assets that distill complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals
Content & Social Media Management
- Collaborate on the production of website content, blog posts, social media assets, and email campaigns
- Manage content calendar and publish high-quality, timely content aligned with firm priorities
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media (primarily LinkedIn), including original posts, curated insights, and campaign support
- Support production and amplification of blogs, case studies, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces
- Ensure visual consistency and clarity across all content formats
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Oversee website content updates, landing page creation, and user experience improvements
- Manage SEO strategy and performance including keyword optimisation and technical enhancements
- Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console) to improve user engagement and lead flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design / content production or digital marketing, preferably in a professional services, finance, or B2B environment
- Excellent proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to deliver polished and professional investor and corporate materials
- Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of digital channels and content marketing. Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
- Familiarity or experience with digital marketing tools, and web and social platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, email marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow, WordPress, Notion)
