Business Development Representative
Join a dedicated team in the pet product distribution industry, focusing on expanding partnerships with independent pet stores. We are seeking a proactive and communicative Remote Outbound Appointment Setter to drive our outbound calling campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and appointment setting, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high call volumes effectively.
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 8am to 5pm MT US
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective partner stores using the company’s designated VoIP/telephony system
- Follow pre-approved scripts to engage store owners and schedule discovery calls
- Handle a high volume of daily calls (80–100 dials), ensuring consistent outreach
- Manage correspondence, including scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and call outcomes
- Assist the sales team by securing and scheduling qualified discovery calls
- Provide ad hoc support as needed to enhance outreach and sales efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
- Proficiency with Fresh Caller, Zoho, or similar CRM systems
- Strong English communication skills with a near-native accent
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the pet product or distribution industry is a plus
- Philippines-based preferred for time zone alignment
