Digital Marketing Manager - Part-time

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region Philippines

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our client’s multifaceted marketing initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to captivate and convert the target audience effectively. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating high-impact digital campaigns, managing ad funnels, and developing content that drives engagement and sales. With a focus on technical integration and analytics, this position is geared towards a professional adept at leveraging data and innovative tools to enhance campaign performance and lead generation.

Work schedule

  • 25 hours per week
  • US Eastern Time business hours

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute marketing funnels, collaborating with team members to enhance design elements.
  • Create lead magnets using AI technology to attract potential customers.
  • Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages, incorporating testimonials and upsell opportunities.
  • Set up and manage appointment booking calendars for lead capture and customer interaction.
  • Implement tech integrations between landing pages and email platforms, including autoresponders and opt-in forms.
  • Manage a Facebook group with a focus on lead generation and member engagement.
  • Oversee the production and analysis of marketing materials and lead generation metrics.
  • Develop and manage email campaigns, defining triggers and timings, and analyze email metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Craft and execute product launch email campaigns and customer surveys for needs analysis.
  • Maintain website SEO and manage SEO-friendly blog content, ensuring consistency and high engagement.
  • Conduct marketing and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Create and manage customer feedback surveys and testimonial pages, enhancing brand reputation and customer trust.
  • Develop and implement client referral email campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a robust portfolio of successful campaigns, including ad funnels and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively lead cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  • Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SemRush) and Google Adwords campaign optimization.
  • Strong numerical literacy and capability to process and analyze data using spreadsheets.
  • Experience in designing high-converting landing pages and implementing technical integrations.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and effective communication, capable of producing engaging content and copy.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement, and SEO.
  • Familiar with the following tools: Klaviyo, Notion, EMR Osmind, WordPress (Hostinger)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
