Virtual Assistant

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region Philippines

A dynamic company specialising in coaching for educators, is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to support our co-founders and a small team. This role demands a proactive, reliable individual who can effectively manage calendars, handle email correspondence, assist with project management and data input, and perform various personal assistant duties. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of dependability and efficiency.

Work Schedule:

  • 40-hour per week 
  • Eastern Time US - Final schedule to be determined

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars for the co-founders, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Maintain email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and organised communication.
  • Assist in managing projects by keeping tasks updated and tracking progress using Asana.
  • Perform personal assistant tasks to support the co-founders and team, enhancing daily operational efficiency.
  • Help track and organise receipts, ensuring accurate record-keeping for financial management.
  • Assist in creating and standardising proposals using templates to streamline client interactions and project initiation.
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data across various platforms and systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Incredibly high attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively correspond with team members and external parties.
  • Experience with Asana, Airtable, and Google Suite and Microsoft Suite demonstrating efficiency and proficiency in these tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism, with a focus on reliability and task completion.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing or a related field is advantageous.

Highly desirable (but not required)

  • Experience working, ideally within an education or coaching environment (but not a requirement)
  • Experience managing email campaigns in Mailchimp and updating Graydin’s website using SqaureSpace.
