Bookkeeper & Virtual Admin
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support internal financial operations. This part-time role focuses on managing monthly reconciliations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate is QuickBooks-certified and comfortable generating financial and operational reports during downtime. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong accounting fundamentals and the flexibility to meet with a manager as needed.
Work schedule
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- Flexible working hours with occasional check-ins
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and send client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and ensure account integrity
- Assist in preparing financial and operational reports when workload permits
- Coordinate with management for check-ins and reporting updates
- Support general financial administration and documentation as needed
- Admin ad hoc task
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- QuickBooks certification required
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a service-based business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate remotely with managers
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks independently
