Content and Social Media Specialist

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region Philippines

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Content and Social Media Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team supporting multiple client brands. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing compelling content and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and results.

You’ll work closely with strategists and internal teams to ensure all content meets brand guidelines, aligns with strategic goals, and is delivered on time.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write, edit, and proofread clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content tailored to each client’s brand voice
  • Develop social media posts, captions, and content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to internal content guidelines

Campaign Execution & Social Media Management

  • Set up and manage content queues for assigned clients
  • Execute and monitor social media campaigns across platforms
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure alignment between content and marketing goals

Content Strategy & Communication

  • Meet regularly with strategists to understand content plans and upcoming campaigns
  • Make real-time updates and adjustments based on campaign performance or client feedback

Project Management

  • Track deadlines and deliverables using internal tools and spreadsheets
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and assigned client verticals
  • Respond to internal team inquiries and participate in client planning sessions as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and content trends
  • Proven ability to create and edit high-quality, engaging content with attention to SEO best practices
  • Strong command of grammar, tone, and style tailored to specific brand voices
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and content scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Familiarity with vertical-specific content marketing strategies and client-facing communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable responding to internal stakeholders and supporting client success initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and task accuracy
