A leading player in the motorcycle parts industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help our client’s e-commerce operations. This role involves managing our online sales platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing best practices and SOPs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our digital sales channels. 

Work schedule

• 7am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time 

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with daily management and operations of their e-commerce platforms on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize e-commerce processes.
• Monitor reports such as inventory levels and customer interactions to ensure optimal platform health and responsiveness.
• Assist with order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing initiatives by scheduling promotions and updating product listings across platforms.
• Conduct regular performance reports to track sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and address potential issues.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, supporting broader team initiatives and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, with a good understanding of eBay and Shopify.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
