We are hiring for a client in the financial services and consumer credit sector, seeking a Telesales Representative to support outbound sales campaigns focused on credit card application completion. This role is responsible for engaging prospects through outbound calls, effectively presenting products, and achieving individual sales targets while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned products, offers, and telesales campaigns
• Conduct outbound calling activities in accordance with established scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and application requirements to prospective customers
• Drive credit card application completion while meeting individual sales and performance targets
• Monitor personal performance metrics and proactively seek coaching or support to improve results
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and performance calibration activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of call outcomes and customer interactions
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call center sales is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in both Tagalog and English
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• Willingness to comply with pre-employment requirements, including NBI clearance and fit-to-work certification
• Customer-focused mindset with resilience and confidence in outbound calling
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Amenable to working on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
