Social Media Manager & Content Specialist

We are seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to create, manage, and optimize engaging content across multiple social media platforms for growing brands. This role focuses on end-to-end content execution - ideation, creation, scheduling, and performance tracking - while ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in producing high-quality social content for diverse industries in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Work schedule:

  • Full-time or part-time (based on client needs)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Working hours aligned with US business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand voice, goals, and audience
  • Create,edit, and publish high-quality social media content including graphics, short-form videos, and captions
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams or clients to align content with broader marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all content strictly follows brand guidelines and platform best practices
  • Utilize tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms for content creation and publishing
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and engaging
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide insights for optimization
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions as needed
  • Suggest and implement creative improvements to enhance content quality and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation or social media management
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating strong visual, video, and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency with content creation and scheduling tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Metricool)
  • Strong English communication, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands or accounts
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with basic analytics reporting and social media KPIs
