Virtual Assistant (Coaching Business)

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Part-time Virtual Assistant to support an online coaching business in the personal development and wellness space, specifically focused on serving women healing from emotionally challenging family dynamics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment. This role involves general administrative duties, light customer service, basic tech/platform support, and content coordination. Experience working in online businesses or coaching environments is a plus. Familiarity with Kajabi is highly desired.


Work schedule

  • Part-time, 20 hours per week  
  • Monday to Friday  
  • Working hours aligned with 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)


Responsibilities

  • Manage inbox and coordinate timely responses within 24 hours
  • Schedule and manage calendar appointments, including internal and client-facing sessions
  • Maintain and update course content and support material in Kajabi (training provided if needed)
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for webinars, live events, and virtual speaker series
  • Assist with creating and scheduling email campaigns using platform tools
  • Support social media coordination (draft captions, schedule posts, organize assets)
  • Conduct light research and data entry for marketing or event needs
  • Organize digital files and ensure documentation is properly maintained
  • Collaborate with the founder on recurring tasks related to business growth and client engagement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills

- 2+ years of experience in virtual assistant or administrative support roles

- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

- Familiarity with Kajabi is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)

- Experience supporting online businesses, coaching programs, or personal development brands preferred

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and meeting deadlines consistently
