SEO Specialist (AI Search Optimization)

We are seeking a forward-thinking SEO Specialist to drive organic visibility and brand authority for a professional services company in the business process outsourcing industry. This role extends beyond traditional SEO, focusing on optimizing content and digital presence for AI-powered and generative search platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and content SEO expertise with a practical understanding of how AI-driven search engines surface and rank information, and will work closely with leadership to position the brand as a trusted industry authority.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business growth and brand positioning goals.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and technical foundations to improve organic search performance across traditional search engines.
  • Design and implement AI search optimization strategies, ensuring the company’s services and expertise are discoverable and accurately represented in AI-generated search results (e.g., generative search, AI assistants, and LLM-based platforms).
  • Conduct keyword, topic, and intent research with a focus on conversational and long-tail queries used in AI-driven search.
  • Create and optimize content frameworks that improve citation, summarization, and authority signals used by AI systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and content teams to align messaging, thought leadership, and SEO priorities.
  • Monitor SEO performance, AI visibility trends, and emerging search technologies, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate progress, insights, and strategic opportunities.
  • Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search developments, and best practices in technical SEO and content optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SEO, with demonstrated success in driving organic growth for service-based or B2B companies.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, and site architecture.
  • Practical knowledge of how AI-powered search engines and large language models surface and rank information.
  • Experience optimizing content for featured snippets, semantic search, and conversational queries.
  • Proficiency with SEO and online competitor analysis tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in professional services, outsourcing, SaaS, or B2B industries is a strong advantage.
