SEO/SEM Specialist

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic SEO / SEM Specialist to support a growing e-commerce business in the home décor industry, specializing in designer-made pillows, linens, and furniture. This role focuses on optimizing website performance, driving traffic through search campaigns, and enhancing visibility across search engines. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in keyword strategy, paid ad management, and analytics tracking — with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve ROI and support broader digital marketing goals.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week with potential to scale to full-time role
  • Flexible schedule aligned with US time zones

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings, organic visibility, and paid campaign performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to guide content and ad strategy.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, analyze metrics, and report on performance to ensure cost-effective results.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages for conversion and user experience
  • Implement link-building and off-page optimization strategies to strengthen domain authority.
  • Collaborate with content and social teams to align SEO/SEM initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates affecting search performance.- Provide ad hoc analytical and technical support to improve overall digital marketing performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing campaign management.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
  • Understanding of keyword intent, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
