Social Media Marketing Manager

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to support a growing e-commerce business in the home décor industry, specializing in designer-made pillows, linens, and furniture. This role focuses on developing and executing social media strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and build a loyal online community. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution, and brand storytelling—someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings fresh, design-oriented ideas to life.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week 
  • Flexible schedule aligned with US time zones

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Plan, create, and schedule visually engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with seasonal promotions and brand campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual and tonal consistency across all channels
  •  Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to support ongoing marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Manage community interactions by responding to messages, comments, and feedback in a timely and authentic manner. 
  • Support complementary digital initiatives such as email campaigns, influencer collaborations, and light website content updates.
  • Assist occasionally with technical marketing tasks such as updating product listings, verifying Google Merchant Center listings, or coordinating basic FTP syncs using Stock Sync App to ensure product data accuracy.
  • Coordinate as needed with SEO/SEM specialists or freelancers to ensure consistency across all digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and community engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong eye for design and brand alignment.- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform creative strategy.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Merchant Center, e-commerce platforms, or FTP processes (e.g., Stock Sync App) is an advantage.
