Customer Service VA

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region Philippines

We are hiring a proactive and experienced Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing e-commerce business operating across WooCommerce, eBay, and Amazon. The primary focus of this role is to manage customer inquiries via email and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience. Secondary responsibilities include light marketing support, such as executing email campaigns and staying engaged with customers on social media. 

Work schedule

  • At least 30-hr/week
  • Available to support client in US Time zone

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across WooCommerce, eBay, and Amazon
  • Handle inbound customer service phone calls with professionalism and empathy, and based on company standards
  • Monitor customer service inboxes and maintain a high standard of customer communication
  • Address order issues, returns, and general inquiries with clarity and empathy
  • Monitor and engage with social media comments and messages as needed
  • Support email marketing campaigns by helping generate content ideas and executing campaign workflows
  • Track and flag product reviews or inquiries for team awareness
  • Handle Amazon FBA administrative tasks such as takedown notices and ASIN management (bonus)
  • Collaborate with the internal team and designer to support brand communication
  • Assist in organizing and tracking customer data and feedback

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in e-commerce (WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon)
  • Excellent written English with a professional and approachable tone
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community interaction
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus
  • Preferred qualifications: Prior experience managing Amazon FBA admin tasks
  • Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently
  • Able to work 30–40 hours per week with flexibility based on workload and performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
