We are seeking an energetic and organized Appointment Setter to support one of our innovative technology clients specializing in advanced AI-driven analytics solutions. In this critical role, you'll conduct targeted outreach, schedule qualified appointments, and help drive growth opportunities through proactive engagement and exceptional communication.

Work schedule

• Full-time, 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of outbound calls to introduce our advanced AI analytics platform, clearly articulating its benefits to potential clients.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments and manage follow-up activities, ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team.
• Accurately enter and maintain client and prospect data in our CRM, ensuring up-to-date records and effective lead management.
• Provide professional and engaging communication to potential clients, representing our brand effectively and positively.
• Regularly track, analyze, and report outreach results to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales roles, ideally within technology or analytics-related sectors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging prospects through phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and clearly articulate complex technological concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote working environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
