Lead Generation and Appointment Setter

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to support our client in the payment processing industry. This role is crucial for expanding our client's business reach through targeted research and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, managing data entry in CRM systems, and executing a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments and present payment processing solutions.

Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with QuickBooks certification to manage financial records and ensure financial accuracy for a growing organization. This role involves maintaining financial records, performing bookkeeping tasks, and generating insightful financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in QuickBooks.

Work schedule

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Standard Time, Mon to Fri

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed research to identify potential business clients within specified areas and zip codes, focusing on locating contact details and decision-makers such as business owners.
  • Efficiently enter and update client information in the CRM database, ensuring all data is accurate and current for follow-up actions.
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to potential clients to introduce our payment processing solutions and secure appointments for further discussions.
  • Present initial information about our payment solutions to potential clients, outlining the benefits and features in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Manage all aspects of appointment scheduling, ensuring that meetings are arranged promptly and at convenient times for potential clients.
  • Handle all coordination related to the lead generation and appointment setting process, including follow-up communications and preparation for presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role within the payment processing or related industry.
  • Strong ability to conduct research and utilize CRM systems for data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments effectively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Persuasive presentation skills, with experience in introducing business solutions to potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a drive to achieve sales and performance targets.
