Digital Marketing Manager - Part-time

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts for a construction company specializing in renovations and refurbishments. The successful candidate will focus on managing social media advertising campaigns, creating compelling content, and enhancing online engagement to drive business growth.

Work schedule

  • Part-time, 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time based on performance and business needs.
  • New Zealand business hours

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling, high-quality ads and content that resonates with the target audience, focusing on driving conversions and maximizing ROI.
  • Manage and optimize Meta ad placements and budgets to ensure optimal reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the scheduling of content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies to refine and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to make informed decisions about future advertising strategies and budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media advertising strategies with overall business goals and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising to continually improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Sales Managers and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mind, capable of developing innovative marketing solutions that drive growth.
  • Experience in the construction or renovation industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or social media platforms, such as Facebook Blueprint Certification, are highly desirable.
