General Virtual Assistant

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region Philippines

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient General Virtual Assistant for our client, a leading sponsorship consulting and sales agency specializing in naming rights, sponsorship valuation, and client representation. This role primarily involves managing data entry tasks, conducting research, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple tasks, possess excellent attention to detail, and be able to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Work schedule

  • 40 hours per week supporting Central and Pacific US business hours (to be confirmed)

Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from online platforms to Google Sheets with high accuracy
  • Conduct basic research to complete client information
  • Assist with organizing and managing digital drives
  • Help with calendar management and scheduling meetings
  • Support email outreach initiatives
  • Assist with basic design tasks as needed

Scope:

  • Initial focus on data entry and management for 60-90 days
  • Potential to expand role into broader administrative tasks
  • Assist with research for social content, proposal preparation, and social media management. SEO experience is a bonus.
  • Collaborate with a global team across different time zones
  • Contribute to the efficiency and growth of a sports and entertainment consulting firm

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with various productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), project management software (Asana), and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work in every aspect of the role.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of conveying information clearly and liaising with team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Business Analytics are highly desirable.
