Content Creator - Part-time
We are looking for a creative Content Creator to support the marketing initiatives for our client’s 3 businesses. This role involves crafting engaging and strategic content across various digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at storytelling and creating content that resonates with diverse audiences, driving brand engagement and supporting strategic goals.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Flexible following turnaround times for deliverables and regular client meetings in Central Time (US)
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling content for social media platforms and email campaigns that aligns with the strategic goals of each business, utilizing strong copywriting skills to craft messages that resonate with the target audience.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Canva to enhance digital content and engage viewers across all channels.
- Utilize scheduling tools such as Loomly and the native scheduler inside LinkedIn to plan and execute content delivery effectively.
- Monitor trends in content creation and digital media to ensure material remains fresh, relevant, and innovative.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to ensure all content meets strategic objectives and adheres to brand standards.
- Assist in the development of content calendars and actively contribute creative ideas for campaign enhancements.
- Dive deep into the brand’s existing content to fully embrace and replicate our unique tone and voice across all marketing materials.
- Utilize digital tools such as Flowdesk for email campaigns and Loomly for content scheduling, streamlining marketing operations efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt and replicate a brand’s voice across various digital platforms, with a portfolio that includes sample writings or client work, especially on LinkedIn.
- Analyze engagement metrics to gauge content performance and suggest data-driven improvements to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital content creation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective content tailored to diverse audiences across various digital platforms.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Loomly and LinkedIn's native scheduler, demonstrating an ability to plan and manage content timelines efficiently.
- Keen understanding of current trends in digital media and content marketing, with the capability to apply these insights to enhance content relevance and audience engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and data analysis tools to assess content performance and make informed improvements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working closely with digital marketing teams to align content with broader marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Creative and innovative thinker, with a knack for contributing fresh ideas and perspectives to marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts, Graphic Design or a related field is advantageous.
