Recruiter - Part-Time

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region Philippines

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to specialize in filling outsourced remote roles such as virtual assistants. This part-time role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple job openings, from initial job posting to candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Work schedule

  • 20 hours per week, project-based (2 months duration), subject to scale to full-time hours based on business needs and performance 
  • Flexible hours with a predetermined schedule for meetings with operations leadership and clients

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple requisitions, including liaising with internal managers and external stakeholders/clients.
  • Advertise job openings on well-known job boards in the Philippines and via social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough resume screening to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and perform initial interviews with potential candidates.
  • Convert candidate resumes into Global Hola branded profiles for client review and endorsement.
  • Document interview notes according to internal standards and forward documentation to clients for further assessment.
  • Coordinate final interview schedules with clients and ensure timely communications.
  • Regularly update the Applicant Tracking System with applicant records.
  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Meet daily recruitment metrics and targets to ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Enhance and standardize recruitment process documentation using appropriate tools such as Google Docs and Loom. Identify and document any previously undocumented processes to optimize and streamline recruitment operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting, especially in a high-volume environment or for remote roles.
  • Strong familiarity with recruitment best practices and various screening and assessment techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple job openings efficiently.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
  • Skilled in using social media and job boards for effective job advertising and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in conducting virtual interviews and familiarity with the outsourcing or BPO industry is a plus.
