Digital Marketing Manager - Part-Time

Global Hola, an outsourcing startup, is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to expand our reach and enhance our marketing efforts. This role is crucial for identifying and attracting new business opportunities by developing tailored marketing strategies aimed at untapped markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our leadership team to implement effective marketing solutions that drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Work schedule

  • 20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling, adhering to deadlines for deliverables
  • Regular weekly meetings with the leadership team in US Mountain and Central Time Zone 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Perform keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant keywords for content optimization.
  • Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content across various platforms, including website pages, blog posts, and social media.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads, including retargeting campaigns for maximum conversion.
  • Utilize Asana for managing all SEO, content development, and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and tracking of progress.
  • Create compelling and informative blog posts and other content pieces to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Manage and update a content calendar to coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, blogs, and webinars.
  • Execute approved marketing strategies and continuously monitor their effectiveness, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance, including analytics and recommendations for future enhancements.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in coordination roles or customer service, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong familiarity with booking systems and administrative tools; experience in an interpretation setting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in handling phone-based customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-demand environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with leadership team in US business hours
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in business administration, communication, or related fields is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
