Marketing Coordinator

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and engagement efforts across the APAC region. This role works alongside the Lead of Marketing, APAC – who owns overall strategy, budget, campaign planning, and final approvals – to take approved plans and bring them to life. The Coordinator keeps our channels active and engaging and ensures our marketing runs like clockwork.

Responsibilities:

Content Execution & Channel Management

• Feed source materials, campaign briefs, and brand references into AI tools to generate content drafts and copy variations.

• Perform an initial edit of AI-generated drafts for accuracy, brand voice, and clarity before content moves into the publishing workflow.

• Execute content publishing and updates across the website (including event pages, landing pages, and programme updates), blog, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), and email newsletters, following the Lead's content calendar and direction.

• Schedule and publish organic social media content; create visual assets using approved templates and design tools, and coordinate with design teams on complex asset briefs as needed.

• Create and edit short-form videos for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, Stories) from existing footage and assets using video editing tools.

• Add captions, branding overlays, and light motion graphics to video assets in line with brand guidelines.

• Review all content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements before publishing.

• Proofread and fact-check content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.

Campaign & Event Execution

• Execute email campaigns (including EDMs with segmentation and personalisation) based on campaign plans and audience definitions provided by the Lead.

• Drive event marketing execution across the region, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up (content wrap-ups, recap distribution, and participant communications).

• Capture on-site content at events — including testimonials, speaker highlights, live social posting, and video/b-roll — and edit footage into polished recap and promotional videos.

• Support both small-scale engagement events and the annual flagship conference.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Oversee automated compilation of performance data from Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pardot, and social platforms; verify accuracy and maintain the dashboard

• Flag anomalies, trends, or notable changes in performance data to the Lead with initial observations; prepare data sets and basic reports for the Lead to review and finalise.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs, coordinate timelines, and consolidate feedback to keep projects on track.

Research Support

• Gather and organise research on industry trends, target audience needs, and competitor content as directed by the Lead; summarise findings for the Lead-analysis and decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good judgment and attention to detail – ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, or off-brand messaging
  • Basic familiar with content marketing, SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms,email marketing tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Comfortable editing short-form video content (e.g., Reels, Stories) using basic video editing tools.
  • Basic data literacy – comfortable working with performance dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Pardot) and flagging notable trends or anomalies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and how to apply them as productivity aids in daily work
