Virtual Assistant - Part-time (Photo Editor)

Remote - Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

This role supports the real estate photography industry by performing post-production photo editing and timely delivery of images to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic photo adjustments using Adobe Lightroom and working alongside AI editing tools to streamline the workflow. The virtual assistant will be detail-oriented with a good eye for color correction, cropping, and quality control to ensure photos are appealing for real estate marketing. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to managing the editing process independently and delivering images according to next-day turnaround expectations.

Work schedule  

  • Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:  

  • Download raw images from cloud storage platforms and upload to AI editing services for initial processing  
  • Perform detailed manual edits in Adobe Lightroom including color correction, contrast adjustment, cropping, and minor AI-assisted object removal  
  • Conduct quality control reviews to ensure consistency and appeal of images within each property gallery  
  • Export finalized images and upload them to client galleries or delivery platforms  
  • Send templated delivery emails including gallery links to clients promptly after editing completion  
  • Maintain organized file systems and ensure all edited images are properly archived  
  • Collaborate with the client and internal managers to understand specific style and correction preferences unique to real estate photography  
  • Adapt workflow and hours as needed based on fluctuating weekly workloads, maintaining flexibility during busy seasons  
  • Communicate proactively regarding progress, challenges, and delivery timelines  
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to refine editing standards and workflow familiarity


Qualifications:  

  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, ideally in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field  
  • - Minimum 2 years of experience in photo editing, preferably with Adobe Lightroom and related AI-enhanced editing tools  
  • - Familiarity with real estate photography editing standards is highly desirable  
  • - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • - Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities  
  • - Experience using cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive) and photo delivery platforms  
  • - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively  
  • - Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving workflows  
  • - Prior experience working in a BPO or remote support role is a plus  
  • - Basic understanding of real estate marketing and the aesthetic requirements of property photography preferred
