Financial Advisors (Affiliated Company)

We are hiring for a client in the life insurance and financial services industry, seeking Financial Advisors to drive client acquisition, deliver needs-based financial solutions, and build long-term client relationships. This role focuses on helping individuals and families protect and grow their financial future through ethical advisory, consultative selling, and ongoing policy servicing.

Responsibilities

Client Prospecting & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, personal networks, and company-led campaigns
  • Build trust-based, long-term client relationships
  • Maintain an active prospect database and sales pipeline

Financial Needs Analysis & Advisory

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments
  • Recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions aligned with client goals and financial capacity
  • Clearly explain product features, policy benefits, costs, and obligations

Sales Execution & Policy Servicing

  • Present financial proposals professionally and confidently
  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of applications
  • Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams until policy issuance
  • Provide after-sales support and respond to client policy inquiries

Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Adhere to ethical selling practices and regulatory guidelines
  • Ensure accurate documentation and full client disclosure
  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and licensing renewals

Performance & Development

  • Achieve key performance metrics, including client meetings, policies submitted and issued, annualized premium production, and client retention
  • Maintain accuracy and quality of compliance records
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training programs, and professional certifications

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and experienced professionals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain the required insurance license
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
  • High ethical standards and client-focused mindset
  • Must be based in or near Parañaque or Las Piñas for accessibility to the assigned office
