Join the niche e-commerce collectibles industry as a full-time Virtual Assistant specializing in eBay listing. This role focuses on efficiently creating accurate and compelling listings for postcards, postal history, and related collectible items, leveraging product photos and item details. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, quick at research and data entry, and able to learn the nuances of condition-based pricing and keyword optimization to maximize sales value. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential for coordinating workflow with the seller.

Work schedule  

• Full-time, 40 hours per week  
• Monday to Friday  
• Aligned with US Mountain Time (MST) or flexible to overlap key US business hours

Responsibilities:  

- Accurately create and publish listings on eBay and potentially other marketplaces, ensuring correct titles, descriptions, categories, and pricing  

- Conduct research on similar items and past sales to properly assess condition and competitive pricing while balancing speed and accuracy  

- Manage product images and correlate them with listings, maintaining organized tracking via spreadsheets or Google Sheets  

- Communicate effectively with the seller to clarify items that need further evaluation or special handling  

- Maintain and update inventory records and listing status in a streamlined tracking system  

- Implement instructions regarding shipping weights, sizes, and other relevant listing details  

- Assist in exploring tools for cross-listing and listing automation to improve workflow efficiency  

- Follow ethical standards for image usage by avoiding edits that misrepresent items, keeping listings true to the product condition  

- Collaborate on process improvements and provide feedback for workflow and system enhancements

Qualifications:  

- Minimum of High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred  

- 2+ years of experience with eBay listing, e-commerce, or online retail, especially in collectibles or related categories  

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal  

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive), and familiarity with eBay’s seller tools  

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities  

- Ability to conduct online research for pricing and product information efficiently  

- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to ask questions and escalate unclear items  

- Prior experience with collectibles, stamps, postcards, or similar niche products is highly preferred  

- Familiarity with cross-listing or inventory management software is a plus but not required
