Digital Marketing Manager - Part-time
This role is tailored for the photography and event services industry, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and workflow integration. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies including cold calling, email outreach, social media utilization, and SEO optimization to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in CRM systems, particularly Honeybooks or similar platforms, and is capable of refining marketing workflows, automations, and client communications to enhance business growth.
Work schedule
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Aligned to US Eastern Time Zone (ET)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other innovative methods to identify and engage potential clients
- Manage and refine client workflow within Honeybooks or comparable CRM platforms, including setting up automations for onboarding, communication, and review requests
- Coordinate lead capture and routing processes to ensure all inquiries are logged and tracked within the CRM effectively
- Collaborate with social media managers to leverage company Instagram and Facebook pages for lead nurturing and brand awareness
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Provide insights and recommendations on advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and industry directories for best ROI
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and marketing activities to support reporting and decision-making
- Conduct follow-ups with former clients to generate reviews and referrals, selectively targeting satisfied customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or CRM management, preferably in the photography, event, or professional services industries
- Proficiency with Honeybooks or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Asana) and marketing automation tools such as Zapier
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a clear, professional tone
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational capabilities
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach in a B2C and B2B context
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams and managing digital workflows
- Familiarity with content management systems such as Squarespace or WordPress is a plus
